Bertha, Office Mgr./Office Nurse/ L.V.N. Bertha has worked with Dr. Stern for 30 years and is still counting. She has been married to Nick for 37 years and has two children. Mark, her oldest, recently graduated from the University of Texas. Krista will be attending graduate school at The Texas Medical Center. Bertha is a native Galvestonian, where she graduated from Galveston Community College. Bertha does the Ob-Ultrasounds for Dr Stern and enjoys being part of telling the parents the gender of the baby. She has a reputation for correctly determining the sex of the baby. Bertha is your contact to medical questions, surgery scheduling. She is also the person who can take care of any special needs or problems you may have. Bertha is fluent in Spanish.

Lisa, Medical Assistant. Lisa is a lifelong resident of the Houston area, with the last 19 years in the Spring/FM 1960 area. She has 18 years experience with the last 14 years in an OB/Gyn office. Lisa has a daughter and a son and the world's most spoiled Miniature Dachshund. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys cake decorating and creating gingerbread houses.

Anna, Insurance Mgr.. Anna is a long time resident of the Central Heights area. She is a Christian woman, who loves to help others in need. Anna, has been working with customers and people a long time and enjoys doing so. She has two children, Jeremy 21, and Sequoia 8.  Anna enjoys spending time with her family and cooking.
